“I have done the Structural Integration 10 series, and taken a couple pilates sessions. After a year of health struggles, my body needed some TLC and I’m so glad to have found Harper! I’m now able to enjoy more movement and have kindled an intimate awareness of my body. After the first session, my ribs were opened so I found myself getting more air. After other sessions, I felt taller, grounded, light, such that my whole body breathes better. Imagine a shrub turning into a Great Oak or Hawthorn. Through SI, I have tapped roots and grown wings. Harper is able to see how balanced the body is before SI and works at those fascia groups to balance them out during sessions. Results are checked throughout the session, and I enjoy the structural difference in my posture. Can’t say enough good things about SI. Pilates on the reformer is amazing. A lot of my recent session focused on breathing in connection with movement. I learned to relax and lengthen my muscles in tune with breathing. I didn’t even know I could move in certain ways. It was a gentle process but strong and it felt healthy and relaxing. I think working with Harper is unique in that she implements her SI expertise into pilates—it’s a very flowy, intelligent exercise that’s also gentle on the joints. Harper is a gem and so lovely to work with!”

Exquisite experiences, week after week. Harper is a genius at communicating how to move or breathe in order to get the most benefit from an exercise without strain. In private sessions, she is creative and attentive to what you need that day. Her knowledge is deep and wide.
